George, president of NVISION, has been an active player in the online world for over 20 years covering all aspects of digital marketing. The perfect compliment to George’s technical skills is his keen business sense which earned him the recognition of Entrepreneur of the year under 40. He has facilitated the execution of hundreds of websites and has been a pivotal factor in the revitalization of many businesses.
Robert broke ground in the municipal sector, primarily focused in policy and legislative interpretation and reform. He parlayed those experiences, and the broad network of like-minded colleagues he established, into the private sector. With the pandemic came the opportunity to establish his own consultancy, specializing in local and agency approvals and permissions in real estate development, and land management.
Chris leads the marketing team at Spark, the new development marketing, sales and customer care platform. He has 12 years of experience leading marketing teams in a variety of industries and is driven by marketing that is both strategic and creative.
Nikki Bettinelli is currently the founder of a boutique Social Media & Digital Marketing agency located in Toronto. She works with personal branding clients and small to medium sized businesses to optimize their online presence and provide strategy for their digital marketing efforts.
Jamie runs a real estate marketing agency, Burke By Burke, with her husband Eddie, based in Vancouver, BC. She is also a freelance writer, having contributed to publications such as The Georgia Straight, Real Estate Magazine, SAD Mag and This Magazine. She is an avid reader, self-proclaimed foodie, Barry’s Tea drinker and cat-mom to Noodle.
Lisa began her career in 2001 where she worked in pre-construction high-rise development. After several years focused on the construction and development side of business, she parlayed her career into sales and marketing. Lisa has been successfully selling and marketing pre-construction real estate for Canada’s largest and most prestigious development companies for well over 20 years. Along with representing multiple international projects, her expertise also lies in marketing projects overseas successfully managing sales initiatives in Asia, UAE and the United Kingdom. Lisa has successfully sold billions of dollars of pre-construction and continues to be a key consultant on many of the top sites in the GTA. Lisa is a multi-award-winning member of the Baker team with numerous industry accolades won both in Canada and on the international stage. Lisa most recently won sales team of the year at the prestigious National Awards.
Jacqui brings over two decades of experience in the residential construction industry and is Director of Sales and Marketing in Kingston Ontario with Tamarack Homes of The Taggart Group of Companies. Jacqui has held several roles including that of Senate Member with the Princess of Wales’ Own Regiment (PWOR), Chair of the Boys & Girls Club/BGC South East, Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters KFLA, Chair of Habitat for Humanity KLR, Past President and current Builder Director with the Kingston Home Builders Association (KHBA) and Kingston Frontenac Home Builders Association (KFHBA), Past Chair and current Vice Chair of the City of Kingston’s Housing and Homelessness Advisory Committee, Director with the Great Lakes Museum, and Committee Member with the Governance and Policy Committee of the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF). Jacqui is also a board member with EnerQuality Corporation. Jacqui is a recipient of the King Chales III Coronation Medal, as well as recipient of Kingston Economic Development Corporation’s inaugural 40 under 40 awards in 2023, and winner of the 2018 Builder Achievement Award for the province of Ontario and ENERGY STAR Champion award for the province of Ontario in 2017 through EnerQuality Corporation. This is an intentional choice by Laura and her team to ensure the design reflects the homeowner’s unique quirks and passions as opposed to a LGID signature style. Paddy is a design innovator and storyteller, founder of Frontier Design, and Projectory. With 20 years’ experience and work with clients like PepsiCo and Unilever, he specializes in brand strategy, identity, and storytelling. An award-winning writer and filmmaker, he’s spoken at Harvard, Brown, and other global events.
Based in Vancouver, Yosh Kasahara is an independent management consultant. He is the former Chief Operating Officer of Alabaster Homes and former Managing Director of Pavilion Cowork. Yosh has over 20 years experience in multifamily development and commercial real estate. He is a proven leader and innovator with a passion for business and community building.

He has held key positions managing large-scale land redevelopment projects with the Federal Civil Service at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, the Canada Lands Company Limited, and Parc Downsview Park. Mr. Kraljevic also previously worked at Tridel Developments, the GTA’s largest builder of residential condominium communities. Prior to being appointed as President and CEO of the Toronto Port Lands Company in August 2009, Mr. Kraljevic was Vice-President of Real Estate with City of Toronto acquisition, leasing, joint venture partnerships and property management of all land and buildings owned by the Corporation. He was appointed as Chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal in February 2023. The Ontario Land Tribunal adjudicates matters related to land use planning, environmental and natural features and heritage protection, land valuation, land compensation, municipal finance, and related matters. He is a Registered Professional Planner and a Professional Land Economist and has been a longstanding member of the Canadian Institute of Planners, the Ontario Professional Planners Institute, and the Ontario Society for Environmental Management.
Trevor Kruse has a 35-year career as a professional interior designer along with nearly three decades of volunteer service on provincial, national, and international boards, including the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO), the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA), the Society of British Interior Designers (SBID), and the International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers (IFI).
